It is now almost 2 weeks since we returned from Gujarat to the madness of the UK and coronavirus. So far I think my wife and I are OK.
We are not slow to complain if we have problems but we also like to express our thanks and gratitude for excellence. We travel a lot, but both feel that your sites and staff are an outstanding example of what can be achieved with simplicity and kindness - they don't need to be 5 star.
From the reception staff, to the kitchen teams, to the porters / cleaners, the cooks, the leaf sweepers, the drivers we have nothing but huge praise. All did their work simply and efficiently, and all with smiles on their faces. If you needed something, they were there. If you didn't need anything, you knew they would be there if wanted!
The food was the best we had throughout our holiday (we can't even say that food at either resort was better than the other - although we did manage to thank the lady at Little Rann before we left).
I have just finished putting reviews on Trip Advisor and I hope these sum up our appreciation of your two operations. We will recall our visits for a very long time.
